1、Revise：修改；修订。
eg：Professor Jones twice asked Tom to revise his essay.琼斯教授两次要汤姆修改他的文章。 
2、Contribute：做贡献，起作用。
eg：Exchange of ideas contributes greatly to mutual understanding.交换看法大大有助于相互了解。 
3、practically：几乎。与almost（几乎）是同义词。
eg：In Oxford Street you can buy almost anything.在牛津街你差不多什么都可以买到。 
4、Simultaneously：同时地。
